3Cubesmedia is a private investment company dealing mainly in online ventures.

We are looking to purchase exclusive rights to unique PHP scripts or web application  programs. Price does matter and will be a consideration, however more importantly will be the originality and appeal of the script. Looking for product that would or could target retail selling price of somewhere between $10-$50.

We are open to all categories that do not infringe on any legal rights, laws or regulations, and which meet the highest standard of ethic and moral development.

Contact us with all suggestions and include the total asking price. We will not respond to if you  do not include your asking price.

Whilst our overall budget is un-disclosed, it would be highly unlikely we would spend more than 2-3k for any one product, but that is totally dependent on the quality. We would generaly expect the average cost to be under 1k. To ensure we are not wasting each others time, please  do not send any products where your asking price would exceed USD10k, unless it is mind blowing.

Actual revenue is not important, but possible revenue is. We are not interested in anything that can not be leveraged.

Where support/training would be required depending on the complexity of the script. Please make a comment regarding how long you thing a moderately skilled person would take to understand and implement the script.

Please also include a brief statement regarding the system requirements for your product. In addittion please include a statement regarding how many previous sales have been made and at what price. Include all free issue deals where applicable.

Finally please include a statement that you are the owner of the script  and that you are selling exclusive rights to the script.

Tips:

Only include fully functional and updated scripts. Please advise which browsers the product is tested to.

Decision on purchase will be based on many factors that are both tangible and intangible. We will only enter into discussions with sellers who have products we are interested in. No reply means we are not interested.

We are not interested in turnkey or template sites that are loaded with scripts commonly found everywhere else.

Some purchases made will no doubt require an NDA between the purchaser and seller to be effective for that particular product and which includes any variations of it that are made using more than 40% of the same code.
